We eat junk food etc but at what cost? Our liver is subject to it and not many people realize it is very harmful.

However, if we want to buy herbs, we should consult the doctor first since some herbs may seriously harm our organism. What is really disastrous for our health is alcohol and cigarettes. Every 5 person in the world smokes and you should know that if you are on a diet you should not drink or smoke.
Sweets can also be disastrous for our liver and so we should eat less of them. Generally, it is not possible to take care of our liver in 100% because it would require eating only several products. However, the most important rule is not to eat too much and to invest in herbs and products which are good for liver. Very often men and women realize that they have been doing harm to their liver and regret they had not done something to prevent it. It is not worth risking our health.
